Everything has cause and effect. I thought that there was a cause for my illness, so I devoured the church books. I must have read it many times, but on this day, every word stuck in my heart and I couldn’t stop crying.
I worry too much about the future, thinking, “What will happen to this?” and sometimes I ask my family, “Why don’t you do this?” with much expectation. I was filled with an excessive kokoro— to be “too much” with just about everything. Now that I’ve noticed it, I want to fix it. My kigan also became more specific.

A person who is able to gain true understanding of this one principle will have their life led by the strength of their unmei and their kokoro will be protected.
Accepting the encounters with all people and things with gratitude—the unmei of each other will harmonize.
And there, the confidence and courage to live will sprout, and the kokoro that is in merge with the unmei will make the body healthy.
