I got unfairly dismissed by my company. When I protested, the company admitted a part of my protest. Still, my anger doesn’t subside, so I’m thinking about filing a lawsuit. (Male in his 40’s)

Judging things when you are emotionally upset can easily lead your life to wither, so it must be avoided. First of all, you need to calm down and look back on yourself from the perspective of the company, and find the reason why you were fired.
Think about how much you have contributed to your company so far, and how you have got involved with your company. If you do not see that, you may unilaterally blame your company too much, and go off the path. It will rather lead to further misfortunes.
Without getting emotional, look at things objectively. If there is something unfair, assert your rights focusing only on that fact. This is where a mutually acceptable solution emerges.
