I’m Worried That My Daughter Doesn’t Have Any Opportunities to Meet People

Our daughter wants to get married, but she works remotely, so she doesn’t have any chance to meet men. As a parent, I’m worried. (Female in her 60s)

If you look only at the working environment―such as remote work or a workplace with only the same gender―it may seem difficult to meet persons of the opposite gender. However, opportunities to meet the opposite gender are not limited to workplace. In addition, it is up to the child themselves to gain and deepen their meetings. Therefore, the importance is for them to elevate themselves to be attractive persons based on Kami’s teachings.

There is only one thing that parents, who wish for their child’s bright future, should do now.
Learn the teachings from your own accord and have the awareness to live by the principles.
Parents who learn and try to abide by the principles of the path can give the child the most reliable role model.
The dreams in the child’s life will come true when they are raised in a family where the path is abided by.

What you can do as parents is to show your child how well their parents are always getting along, and supporting each other. Then, your daughter will become confident to build a good family, and be motivated to seek encounters with persons of the opposite gender.

Marriage means that the two people who have met go on to cooperate together and to foster a new family, making up for each other’s weaknesses. If you are worried about your child, then the first thing you should do as her parents is this; build the best marital relationship.
